We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if necessary, your order can be returned in whole or in part within 14 days of receipt.

Do not use the product that you plan to return - it must remain new*, save all sewn-in tags and labels, protective stickers, as well as receipts confirming your purchase in our store.

You can return a purchase from a retail store in the VARDA showroom. Items from the “Swimsuits”* category purchased in a retail store cannot be returned.

RETURN TO THE SHOWROOM ORDER PLACED ONLINE

Within 14 days after receiving your order, contact a sales representative at the phone number listed on the website.
Pack the items you want to return in a bag or box and include a completed return application with the item.
To return items from multiple orders, please package them separately and complete a return application for each order.
The order can be sent by any transport company to the showroom address.

 

HOW AND WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE BACK?

We will transfer the money within 10 days. The countdown begins the day after you returned the product to the store. If you have arranged delivery to the show room, the countdown begins the next day after the product arrives at our warehouse.
If you paid for the order upon receipt, we will transfer the money according to the details in the return application. If you paid for your order with a bank card on the website, the money will be returned to the same card. Please keep in mind that the money may arrive on the card later - the payment processing time depends on your bank.
